MARCH 18th TO 20TH  ‘REST , RELAX, REFLECT’   

An opportunity to come for  a weekend, (2 nights) with  full board in a relaxed and peaceful environment, offering space to rebalance and re-centre after the wintry period. As it is not a silent retreat there will be a mixture of opportunities for conversation and for quiet reflective time. Spiritual accompaniment is available.  Guests are invited to join our regular morning and evening silent meditation (30 mins) in the beautiful sanctuary.

April 4th to 8th  ‘Rest , Relax, Reflect’

An opportunity to come for 4 nights full board in a relaxed and peaceful environment, offering space to rebalance and re-centre after the wintry period. April 22nd to 24thSeasoned with Salt

A group retreat led by Sharon Laidlaw and Claire Starr.  The programme includes led meditations on a theme, group and personal reflection time and space, with opportunities for walking, creative activity or resting.

June 9th to 17th 8 night Silent Retreat

with spiritual accompaniment available on request.

June 24th to 26th A Weekend Taster Retreat  

An opportunity for experiencing a short retreat with some periods of silence.  There will be a daily meeting with a trained spiritual accompanier to listen to you, help you reflect and offer some resources if that would be helpful. All are welcome whether a beginner or more experienced.

July 2nd to 8th 6 night Silent Retreat
